Freddie venture in F&B in Egypt back in 2015 when after failing to agree with a Lebanese franchisor, felt the need to introduced a home grown lebanese fast food concept called Manouche. Manouche reached before COVID 12 outlet all across Egypt.

Freddie is now developing a family F&B fund that will be regrouping foreign franchises as well as home grown brands in addition to an autodrome project that will encompass more than 25 F&B outlets.
