“Fady is an experienced Tax and Corporate lawyer specialising within the Hotels and Leisure Sector, with particular expertise pertaining to the F&B industry. Fady leads the Hotels and Leisure Sector within Al Tamimi and as a partner within the Corporate Structuring Practice, has advised some off the largest and most well renowned hospitality groups within the MENA region.

Prior to joining Al Tamimi & Company, he spent seven years working at the Ministry of Finance in Lebanon. Fady moved to the UAE in 2008 and gained vast experience in International, GCC and UAE laws and regulations.

Fady has forged an extensive network with Industry regulators and international hotel consultants who operate within the region. These relationships ensure his clients are provided with first class commercial and legal advice from specialists within the hotel industry.

Fady has advised the likes of Dogus Group, on setting up and restructuring several F&B outlets in the UAE and their brands like Nusret, Salt Bae, Coya, Gunaydin, Ruya, Parle and Zuma, in addition to Michelin starred fine dining restaurants, the likes of L’Atelier De Joel Robuchon, LPM. Ce La Vie and the famous Arts Club.”
