Victor is an entrepreneur at heart, family-oriented and passionate about everything food and retail related. He loves to travel and discover the authenticity of places, allowing him to thrive on the energy and culture that every place has to offer.

Big Mamma Group was founded in 2013 by Victor Lugger and Tigrane Seydoux and operates 7 venues in Paris and one in Lille. The mission from the very beginning is to bring all the warmth and generosity of those little trattorias, hidden throughout Italy. The produce is sourced directly from small producers in Italy, food prepared and served by a 95% Italian team, and all of this offered at a low price and with a big smile.
