Along with his Partners, Luke co-founded multi-award-winning Compass Project Consulting in 2014. To date, the Team has successfully delivered over 400 multi-sector projects throughout the region, representing respected owners, operators, designers, and landlords to deliver memorable destinations.

With a growing Team of 75 Project, Planning and Cost Management professionals, across four regional offices, Luke and the Team continuously maintain a keen eye on trends, opportunities, and challenges associated with the hospitality industry, ensuring an innovative hands-on insight is applied to each project.

Luke’s practical leadership, client focus, commercial acumen and attention to detail fine-tunes his role at Compass, where he has been instrumental in the development and implementation of Compass’ project management tools, process, and procedures, in addition to the oversight of all commercial matters within the company’s operations.

Luke has a specific interest in the evolving leisure, entertainment, and hospitality developments within the region… which coincidently complements one of his favorite pastimes: exploring the effervescent hospitality scene and appreciating talent within the F&B-sphere.
