Alexis leads the Foodservice Consulting services for JLL in the MEA region. In collaboration with the wider global JLL teams, his team delivers F&B strategies creating social environments and driving asset value through foodservice spaces.
In the Middle East, he has delivered projects including master planning the F&B strategy for King Abdullah Financial District, Riyadh, KSA and for three other PIF Mega projects. In addition to the multitude of shopping centre re-development strategies delivered across the region, Alexis and his team are currently supporting developers with successfully introducing Food Halls.
Trained as a Chef in Michelin Starred Restaurants, Alexis joined JLL in January 2016. In September 2018, he relocated to lead the expansion of the Foodservice Consultancy division in the MEA region.
His experience comes from a decade of foodservice operations and management, working in kitchens and managing high end hotel restaurants as well as developing and selling his own restaurant.
